CSA
and Cenelec approved intrinsically safe use in
general purpose or hazardous applications, the
ultrasonic level switch is broadly applied in
chemical, waste, hydrocarbon and petroleum based
liquids. Media examples include sulfuric acid,
diesel fuel and wastewater. The sensor is
universally mounted through the wall or inside the
tank, and is com patible with the MicroPoint
indicator..
Offered in CSA and Cenelec
approved intrinsically safe or general purpose
configurations, the two-wire ultrasonic
transmitter provides noncontact level measurement
up to 18’ or 5.4m, and is ideally suited for
challenging corrosive, slurry or waste liquids.
The transmitter is typically selected for
atmospheric bulk storage, day tank and waste sump
applications located within a classified hazardous
area. Media examples include diesel fuel and
hydrochloric acid. The transmitter is calibrated
in less than a minute using the LCD display,
4-button interface and intuitive calibration menu.
All user set points are held in nonvolatile
memory. In the event of acoustic signal loss, the
transmitter will hold the current output at the
user designated safe state.
The general purpose two-wire
ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level
measurement up to 32.8’ (10 m), and is well suited
for challenging ultrapure, corrosive, slurry or
waste liquids. The transmitter is broadly selected
for atmospheric bulk storage, day tank, waste
sump, process vessel, IBC tote, 55-gallon drum and
waste sump applications. Media examples include
acetic acid and resin.
The general purpose three-wire
ultrasonic transmitter provides noncontact level
measurement up to 40’ or 12.2m with an internal
relay that can be configured as a single-point
alarm or latched on two points for automatic fill
or empty control. The transmitter is ideally
suited for challenging corrosive, slurry or waste
liquids and is typically selected for large
atmospheric bulk storage and waste sump
applications. Media examples include sulfuric acid
and resin. For applications with heavy agitation,
surface foam or restricted measurement space,
install the ultrasonic transmitter in a 2”-12”
stand pipe. The stand pipe installation dampens
agitation, separates surface foam and reduces the
minimum required free space within the
tank.
The general purpose ultrasonic
switch and controller provides non-contact level
detection up to 24.6’ (7.5 m) with 3 SPDT 60 VA 1A
relays. EchoSwitch II features digital push button
configuration, eliminating target calibration.
Each relay can be configured on a single set point
to control pumps, valves or alarms. In addition,
all 3 relays can be simplexed, duplexed or
triplexed. EchoSwitch II now features an
integrated timer with pump/valve delay and timed
pump alternation. The switch is well suited for a
broad range of corrosive, waste and slurry type
media. EchoSwitch II is broadly selected for
atmospheric day tanks, pump lift stations and
waste sump applications.
The general purpose buoyancy
level switch is a perfect choice for relatively
clean water and chemical solutions with
non-coating and/or scaling characteristics. Media
examples include acetic acid and process water.
The baffle body eliminates switch chatter caused
by turbulence. The dry contact closure provides a
reliable switch interface with remote devices such
as a PLC, SCADA or alarm. The sensor mounts
vertically inside the tank on our Smart-Trak or
Switch-Pak fittings.
The general purpose two-wire
ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level
measurement up to 32’ or 10m, and is ideally
suited for challenging ultrapure, corrosive or
waste liquids. Push button calibrated, the
transmitter is broadly selected for atmospheric
bulk storage, day tank and waste sump
applications. Media examples include wastewater
and sodium hydroxide.
The
general purpose vibration level switch is a great
choice for dirty liquids including those with
light to medium coating, scaling or foaming
characteristics. Media examples include
wastewater, diluted caustic soda and light weight
oil. For optimum performance and proactive
maintenance, the sensor automatically adjusts for
coating build up, and if necessary, outputs a
preventative maintenance alarm. The 1A relay
provides a reliable switch interface with remote
devices such as a PLC, SCADA or alarm. The
submersible sensor is universally mounted through
the wall or inside the tank.
The explosion proof, two-wire
ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level
measurement up to 10 m in hazardous bulk storage,
day tank, and sump applications, and is well
suited for challenging corrosive, slurry or
waste water Media. Application examples include
sodium hypochlorite, waste water and resin. The
integral display and push button module enable
fast and simple calibration.
The Float Switches are made
of molded, chemical resistant polypropylene, that
it was serviceable, low-cost, and specially
designed to solve the long distance, multi-points
level detection, liquid with pump or granule
instances. Certainly, it's suitable for common
liquid also.
Since technologies of the
product have more and more advance, the products
need comply with a requirement for more safe,
convenient and low cost. The float switches are
extremely compact, simple and are easy to install
on any small space. These switches are not
effected by electrical interference. They can
withstand to chemicals, high temperatures and
pressures if the correct material of float switch
is selected by the customers.
The RP series operating
principle is simple. A unit is usually located
through a bin wall at the top, middle or low level
of a bin. During normal operation (no material
present) a synchronous motor rotates the paddle at
1 RPM. When this paddle rotation is impeded by
material, surroanding the paddle, motor will stall
and cause the Micro switch to change state.

The Float Level Switch are made
of molded, chemical resistant polypropylene, that
it was serviceable, low-cost, and specially
designed to solve the long distance, multipoints
level detection, liquid with pump or granule
instances. Certainly, it's suitable for common
liquid also. FAC, FAP, FAR Type float switch make
use of micro switch as contact component. The
switch will have ON or OFF contact signal output
when the angle is larger than 28°. FAS Type float
switch make use of mercury switch as contact
component. When liquid lift up to contact float,
the float will have variable angles. The switch
will have ON or OFF contact signal output when the
angle is 10Deg.
The Reflex VF Series range of
TDR products is ideal for the measurement of
liquids, powders and granules to a range of 60m.
Unaffected by pressure, temperature, viscosity,
vacuum, foam, dust, changes in dielectric constant
or coating of the probe, the VF Series can measure
virtually any product in either Direct or TBF mode
utilising any one of its seven probe
types.
Side mounted heavy duty tank
level indicator are suitable for storage tanks,
Batch tank, Day tank, Receiver tank. It is simple
& reliable devices for direct reading in
Atmospheric or pressurised tank
application.
When the magnetic field of
permanent magnet inside the float is moved into to
the proximity of the reed switch inside the
stationary stem, the reed switch "snaps" the
contact together and closes the electrical
circuit. When the magnetic field is moved away
from the reed switch, the reed switch does not
touch. The circuit is open.
It is designed for most
critical requirements of liquid level in vessels
under high pressure & temperature condition in
petrochemicals, fertilizer and pharmaceuticals
& chemical industries involving inflammable
toxic liquid, high temp Liquids.
The SL-100 series utilizes the
thermal dispersion principle of the dissipation of
heat by liquid to detect the presence or absence
of liquid as compared with air. A typical
configuration uses two Temperature Detectors set
within the tip of the sensor. One Temperature
Detector is heated a few degrees above the other
one. As the level of process liquid drop below the
tip, the delta temperature rises and the output
will change state.
